At Dragonriders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item(s), you may return or exchange them under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
• Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received them.
• Item(s) must be in the original packaging (if applicable), including all tags and accessories.
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
2. Non-Eligible Items:
• After the 14-day period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage that were not present when received are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return Shipping and Fees:
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
• Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
5. Refund Processing:
• Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
