Next Day Delivery is available in Dubai everyday except Saturday. Saturday is a no delivery day. We will deliver between 2pm-8pm on work days.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Dragonriders, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process simple and straightforward.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges beyond this period.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund for the value of the item and any applicable taxes. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3 to 6 business days.
Please note:
• Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for any return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Upon receiving your item for exchange, we will inspect the product and notify you via email. Once your exchange has been approved, we will provide tracking information for the exchanged item. Please note that shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
Return Shipping
• You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
• For items valued over 300 AED, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Dragonriders is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as those on final sale or personalized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to product descriptions for further information.
